Kim Hyun Joong has put aside his snippy image from “Playful Kiss” for a more endearing smile as the model for a chicken company’s calendar photo shoot.
Representatives of Hotsun Chicken revealed, “The calendar will be given to customers that purchase our chicken through an event in November. It will be Kim Hyun Joong’s surprise gift for his fans.”
Kim Hyun Joong has been attracting much love as an actor after making his debut with “Boys Over Flowers“, and he continued his streak of success with MBC’s “Playful Kiss”.

'Huntdown for Hotsun Chicken's full-time model S2' has begun searching for its full-time model to endorse for Hotsun Chicken together with Kim Hyun Joong.
On how to register application for yourself, you may head to Hotsun Chicken homepage (www.hotsun.co.kr), all information will be available there.
For applicants who are intending to apply, he/she must be someone who wants to become a full-time model to work alongside Kim Hyun Joong to endorse for Hotsun Chicken, anyone can participate in this, application period will be from 2010 July 13~August 12.
For those who wishes to apply for audition, please possess your qualifications, resume, relevant documents pertaining to yourself, a total of 3 participants will be chosen eventually. The Number 1 will get 2 million won worth of cash and prizes, Number 2 will get 1 million won worth of cash and prizes, Number 3 will get 500K won worth of cash and prizes.
On the other hand, in the previous 'Huntdown for Hotsun Chicken's full-time model S1', a total of 2,862 people had joined in the application, and in the auditions held, not only were first-timers seen, even Miss Korea, super models, talents and singers were seen vying for a place. Amidst this fiery battle, the model who was eventually chosen has been shooting for paper advertisements, CFs, carrying out role as Hotsun's ambassador for 2 full years and even became a singer for Hotsun Chicken. Exclusive filming report of Hotsun Chicken MV filming
Video camera was like a lover ~ taking elegant shoots!
Glittering shines lighted up the surroundings.
Group SS501's Kim Hyun Joong recently filmed a CF with Hotsun Chicken. It has changed the image of most fried chicken CF which usually used a comical theme.
On last month 28th, at Gyeongkido, NamYangJu town, BuAm Studio, the MV which Kim Hyun Joong was filming charmingly, seemingly like filming some luxury liquor or cosmetic CF. Kim Hyun Joong's Hotsun CF filming scene were exclusively shoot by Sports Korea.
#Is that wine glass he is holding in his hand?
Kim Hyun Joong was surrounded by beautiful ladies. Sitting in the middle, crossing his legs, happily having conversation with the beauties besides him. In his hand, he was holding a drumstick instead of a wine glass.
#Phantom of the opera?
Kim Hyun Joong wore gorgeous mask and covered his face using his left hand. Just like the look of the phantom in the musical 'Phantom of the Opera". Kim Hyun Joong show a serious expression on his face.
#Sharp nose which attracts the attention of ladies
Kim Hyun Joong has been immersed his full emotion during the filming. Closing his eyes, showing a sad look, looked like falling into the agony of love. His sharp nose has also attracted the eye sights of ladies.
#Is that a prize award ceremony?
Kim Hyun Joong walked charmingly as if he is attending prize award ceremony. Kim Hyun Joong slim built won unending praises from all staff on site.

These were taken during the CF shooting for Hotsun's latest CF done today at around 11am. So Leader is like Zorro now? (kekeke) He looks mighty fine. Wuri Hyun Joong is really made out of something else, eh? Been through a terrible vehicle accident and here he is up and running looking oh so handsome. Joongie-ah, just make sure you always take care of yourself, you're not made of titanium.
