There will be a total of 20 people arriving in Taiwan this time for the awards,

are already in progress of preparing for that day's outfit for Red Carpet ceremony as well as
for performance items, which did not give them time to breathe after arriving back in Seoul from Japan.

GTV Taiwan expressed that SS501 is really anticipating to

ChannelV Taiwan will also begin broadcasting [SS501's Mission] in 2006

Taiwanese fans are in luck again!! After half a year, Korea's talent group [SS501] has confirmed their attendance for 21st Golden Melody Award after receiving invitation from the Golden Melody Award organiser and TV broadcasting station!! Last October, SS501 who had held their first public concert at Taipei's Arena, expressed that it means a great deal to the 5-member group to be invited to the most important music award ceremony in the Chinese entertainment industry! Warner Music revealed that for this trip they would not be just singing SS501 greatest hits but would also be performing their new single (note: ?! single?) for the first time in Taiwan at the award ceremony. Currently they are rehearsing intensely for the Golden Melody Award. With regards to whether they would be presenting any other special performance for Golden Melody Award, the members are tight-lipped and requested everyone to wait patiently!
Having only completed their large scale Asia Tour concerts, the 5 group members are still working non-stop for their new album preparation, hence their schedules are very tight. But upon receiving the invitation to the Golden Melody award, SS501, who misses their Taiwanese fans, sincerely re-scheduled their other important activities immediately and accepted the invitation without any hesitation. Also, the 5 big boys have already started to prepare their outfits for the red carpet ceremony as well as for their performances, making them even busier since they have only just returned from Japan. With regards to their first appearance at such an important music award in the Chinese entertainment industry, the Taiwan TV representative commented that [SS501] is looking forward to do a (cultural / musical) exchange with the Taiwanese artists through their participation in the Golden Melody Award. The Taiwanese audience may have a chance to hear them sing Chinese songs! What is worth mentioning is that the 5 members may be going on stage to present some awards but the organiser is still planning as to whom would be partnering with them to present the awards. Even though they are not fluent in Mandarin, but the members are very honoured to be able to go on stage to present the awards.
The very tight scheduled [SS501] has only just completed their Asia Tour and was invited by a Japanese credit card company to hold a concert limited to 6000 fans, driving all the fans present that day crazy. Recently [SS501] has started to prepare for their new album, releasing a new production almost after one year, but their popularity are still undying.
